"The flat was pretty much perfect for our 10-day stay. It is spacious, one of the best-equipped kitchens we have experienced, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is excellent with good local restaurants and pubs, easy to get to the bus or tube and is a very short walk to King's Road with all it has to offer - plus the Tesco Express on the corner is a life-saver. This experience went a long way to making it one of our best London holidays (the wonderful concerts we attended were, of course, our highlight). As we have experienced with Paris Perfect, the attention by your staff both before and during our stay was very much appreciated."

"This is our second time working with London Perfect and the service and quality are as perfect as our first trip. From the smile and professionalism of Lushi who greeted us at the airport and took us into London, to the warmth and hospitality of staff who prepared Queensgate beautifully, to the informative introduction of our greeter who pointed out all the features of Queensgate, our London stay over the Xmas holidays was wonderful. Queensgate is a relaxing retreat during busy days of exploring London. The studio is conveniently located close to museums, Kensington Park, Gloucester underground station (although we as a family of four took Uber everywhere); Waitrose supermarket (look for the daily reduced items), and restaurants on Gloucester Street (try Memories of India). The flat is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic hideaway; yet also comfortable for a petite family. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility and safety of South Kensington and will stay again and recommend this flat and other similar London Perfect properties in this area. Thank you London Perfect! "The apartment was perfect! Spacious, well appointed, great location, comfortable bed! The greeter was helpful and there was a book of useful information provided about the apartment, neighborhood, and city. We arrived to a fridge stocked with milk, orange juice and champagne and there was coffee, shortbread cookies, sugar, jam. Everything we needed. Thank you London Perfect for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in London."

"Londonperfect is by far the most thorough and proactive vacation rental company we've encountered. From the reservations agent to the ground team in London (Sax and Dan. Dan even walked us and our luggage to the tube on our check-out date), everyone took that extra step to make sure our needs are met, glitches are fixed, etc. Two examples: 1) before our arrival, I emailed the reservation team about a hair dryer in the apartment. They didn't just tell me to call if I can't find it; they communicated with the London ground team who got back to me within a day, assuring me that the greeter will bring an extra one in case they can't locate the one that should already be in the apartment. 2) upon arrival I asked Sax and Dan about fans just as a back up. They couldn't locate them at first, which is really not a concern for us as London at that time was cool. Two hours later Sax emailed to say he talked to the owners who gave directions to the fans in a high cupboard, and he offered to come and get the fans out of the cupboard for us. Traveling with young kids, I can't begin to express how much I appreciate these thoughtful gestures. We'll absolutely use London Perfect and recommend our friends to the company in the future."

"London Perfect was an amazing company to work with; incredibly professional and exceptionally thorough from arranging a car service to picking us up at the airport, to providing details for WiFi access, to offering a wide variety of children's DVDs and picture books for our 3 year old, to listing suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood, to booking a private tour guide. The location of the Austen was central and very convenient for getting anywhere we wanted to. London Perfect made our vacation completely hassle and stress free and the fact that the Austen felt like home made our vacation that much more special. We highly recommend London Perfect and will continue to use the company for future planning."

"This apartment is in a very central location, in a very safe neighborhood, close to tube stops and shopping. It's also next to a school, so you can hear children playing in the school yard early in the morning during weekdays. Otherwise, it's a very quiet apartment. The kitchen is very well appointed, and all the appliances we used worked well. The London Perfect representative, Sax, was there to meet us when we arrived (a little late, because we took a wrong turn from the Tube stop and took the scenic route!), and to get us acquainted with the apartment. The sofa was a little too firm for our taste, but the side chairs were more to our liking. This isn't the first time we've stayed in a London Perfect/Paris Perfect property, and it reflected the quality of the brand: well-appointed kitchen and well-decorated spaces."

"We absolutely loved our time in the Leicester apartment in Notting Hill. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notting Hill Gate station and to the many wonderful shops along Portobello Road and the Notting Hill neighborhood (our favorite neighborhood). Our two teenagers slept very comfortably on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The apartment is beautifully appointed and was perfect for our 11 night stay. We have stayed in a Paris Perfect apartment as well and we hope to return to London and Paris soon and to stay in a "Perfect" apartment again."

"Just a quick note to thank you for a great week in London, despite what we can charitably call "changeable" weather (but that is part of the charm?). We are not especially frequent users of your services, but we are long time clients, both in London and Paris, and this visit was just as pleasurable as previous ones. No surprises with the apartment - which is a good thing - except that the light and views afforded by the massive bay window in the eating area were even better than anticipated. Also want to commend you on basic logistics - Lushi drivers, greeter and office support - everything went very smoothly. I hope we can indeed return someday…"

"My family enjoyed the Middleton very much. The apartment in Kensington was just right for our family. The Queen's Arms was so convenient to grab a drink and easy dinner after a long day. When I asked for take out dinners they literally let us take our dinner plates to the Middelton! Our guide Maureen Corcoran for Westminster was very knowledgeable and so friendly. A real joy. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of the Middleton."

"Everything about this rental was perfect! The location: situated on a quiet, well-maintained residential block; walking access to both the quiet of the Thames and the hustle of Kings Road; neighborhood pubs and restaurants if you feel like staying in the area and a Tesco across the street to cover any emergency! The layout of the flat is very well conceived. Extra large eat-in kitchen with full-size, modern appliances; a dining / sitting area and an elegant, yet comfortable living room for conversation or reading after a long day. The living quarters are on the ground floor level. Usually ground floor living feels dark and underground but these rooms felt spacious and bright. The bedrooms were extra large and roomy; the bathrooms were all modern and the sitting area/ office with the walk-out terrace was a real treat. The owners thought of everything ... there wasn't one thing that we needed that we weren't able to find. We even bought some honey at a local market and when we came home someone said "too bad we don't have a honey dipper" and we opened the kitchen drawer and there was a honey dipper! And, a favorite for everyone was a full-size washing machine and dryer! Thank you to London Perfect and to the owners of the flat for making the beautiful home available for our stay."

"The Salisbury was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. We enjoyed the beautiful sitting room, with the tall windows looking out at the square, for our morning coffee and afternoon wine. The kitchen and bathroom were fine, attractively designed and stocked with necessities. We appreciated all of the storage in the bedroom, although the very small bed took some getting used to. The apartment is very quiet, while close to many conveniences, when inside we were in our own world. The location was ideal, close to The Tube and buses for long trips, but within walking distance of many sites for those who want to spend the day on foot. Our first day we walked to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, then to Tate Britain. A full day of walking but the perfect way to really see London. We also enjoyed a walk across Albert Bridge to beautiful Battersea Park. Within a mile is Kensington High Street where we shopped at Marks and Spencer and Whole Foods.We definitely felt that the Salisbury was home for our week in London."

"We were overall very happy with our choice of apartment. Really good location, beautiful view overlooking the communal garden from the drawing room. A bit disappointed with the size of the master bathroom and the second room. The whole process of booking through to checking in to departure was very professionally handled , couldn't have asked for more. I would also like to acknowledge our gratitude to Lushi 's drop off and pick up service. They were a huge help with our baggage and were so patient."
