The team at London Perfect were a pleasure to work with; professional, followed up, offered suggestions on how to protect fragile items and organized everything. The other company sent someone who was a part-timer, who pushed us to sign their contract and list then then handed us off to an account team with whom we had little interaction and even fewer actual bookings. The results were diametrically opposed: London Perfect accounted for 90% of our rentals, were smarter about how to fill our open dates and earned us more.
