"The location was perfect and the living areas were nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom was quite big and worked well for us. However the bed was very soft, the sheets did not fit properly and were a polyester/cotton mix so not what we expected at all!"

"This is a charming comfortable apartment that is very well located off Kensington Church Street between the Notting Hill and Kensington High Street tube stops. There are shops and restaurants all around. The only thing to be aware of is that it is on the third floor (US) and there are many steps to walk up. I recommend it."

"My family and I have had wonderful time in London and especially at your house. It is so nice, comfortable and stylish. Everything has been taken care with detail. From the booking to the arrival, information and care. THANK YOU. You are so professional. We will love to repeat the experience."

"It was perfect for us. Close to Portobello, pubs, restaurants and grocery stores. Also convenient for Tube Station. Flat is nicely furnished and well equipped. The welcome process was excellent. Shall be back!"

"
The flat was perfectly situated, just a short walk to High Street Kensington and near pubs, restaurants, shopping. It is well appointed and cozy. The great room in particular is sunny and comfortable, and the kitchen is just right. The only issue for us was the bedroom. Its windows are on the terrace/entry level of the building at eye level for people standing outside. That is solved by keeping the curtains and shades drawn at all time when in the flat. One side of the bed does not allow for much room to get in and out; it's right at the radiator and the windows. However, the London Perfect staff provide the very best service and attention which more than compensates for the bit of inconvenience described. I would not hesitate to rent apartments from London Perfect including the Christie where we stayed.

"We had a wonderful time during our stay, The apartment is better than pictured - it is perfect. It is spacious so we were able to place our suitcases out the way, it was so cosy and is in the most perfect location. A beautiful way to finish our European Honeymoon. We will definitely be back!"

"The Danebury home was beautiful. It is perfectly situated on a quiet street in Notting Hill. The home was welcoming and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, excellent bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The location could not have been better. We were less than 10 minute walk from 3 different underground stations and less than 10 minutes walk from the Princess Diana Playground which could not have been better for our 6 year old! As usual, London Perfect was a pleasure to work with from booking, meeting on arrival, and departure. We will certainly use London Perfect again on our next return to London."

"The Danebury is a charming mews house - 3 floors, with a lovely rooftop, that looks out over the mews. We had a wonderful stay - its very quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for the stay. Very well situated for any sightseeing in London (close to Tube) - but mostly its so well suited for Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Portabello Market, Little Venice etc. etc. (all within easy walking distance). Really appreciated the restaurant suggestions - however, absolutely recommend the Shed restaurant most of all (very close to the house). Loved dealing with London Perfect (we have worked with Paris Perfect as well as Italy Perfect). Very helpful and easy. Thanks for everything."

We just loved our stay at the Christie apartment in Kensington. The location could not be beat. It was a charming walk down the lane by St. Mary Abbots Church to get to the apartment. Every day we would see locals walking their dogs or sitting outside their shops enjoying the neighborhood. Also, the location could not have been more convenient for transportation, shopping and dining. The layout of the apartment was perfect. We enjoyed the sitting room and looking out over the lane. We walked to Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace, the V&A, Royal Albert Hall and many other local attractions. It was a special time to be in London because it was the week preceding the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI. As such, we were able to hear the bells from the church tower close by the Christie as they practiced for special services honoring the approaching historic day.

The Christie met all our needs and expectations! Easy arrival (Lushi picked us up at the airport) and meeting with our greeter (Ellen). We had room to spread out, work (remotely via electronics), relax, snack, eat meals (breakfast for us) and plan our next day. We enjoyed the location....easy walk to the tube, Hyde Park, and shops and restaurants. 15-20 minute walk to Notting Hill, 35 minute walk to the V&A. Nice residential location. Only negatives: small bedroom (but two closets) and small bathroom (by US standards). If you stay here, be sure you understand how to work the heat when your greeter shows you! Would definitely stay here again!

My sister and I were pleased with the apartment. The location was perfect to the tube station and for access to grocery stores and other shopping. The apartment itself was adequate for the two of us. I will use London Perfect for future stays in London.

I cannot recommend London Perfect and the Christie enough! The apartment was a perfect size and in a fantastic location. Near all the major tube and bus stops and having a Whole Foods 2 minutes away was perfect. The little lane that the apartment faces is beyond adorable and the added bonus is that no cars are driving by. The location is often remarked upon in guide books as a must see "instagrammable" spot. Everything was clean and well appointed. The only downside (although it didn't bother me) was that the bedroom is dark because it looks out onto the patio of the apartment building and for privacy purposes there are dark shades on half of the window in the bedroom. The bedroom window is also located where people come in and out of the apartment (although honestly I barely saw or heard anyone coming in and out). Again, just a note, but would definitely would not affect my decision to stay there again. In fact, I know I will be back and look forward to visiting the Christie and London again!

"We had a lovely 3 week stay. This well appointed loft apartment was perfect for an extended visit. We were able to navigate the city easily via tube and bus. There were many nearby shops and restaurants, as well as museums a few blocks away. The apartment was quiet, clean and well maintained, and any questions we had were answered immediately by the staff. While I'm sure the stairs to the loft are not for everyone, we loved them."

"Wonderful five day stay - apartment is in a great location and convenient for walking around London - nicely appointed and comfortable. A true British pub literally right down the block but bar patrons required to go inside after 9pm so still a quiet place to stay as well. Only concern was one bath only had a shower handle in the tub to shower with. Would have liked to have had two true showers as we traveled with another couple and they had to use our shower during the stay. Otherwise, a fantastic experience and highly recommended."

"The Middleton was a very wonderful spot for us, three Aunts and a niece! Walking to Kensington, Notting Hill, and Harvey Nichols! Easy tube to West End and theatre, the Embankment, Tate Modern. The space is easy to live in, excellent bedrooms and linens, even supped at home once! This is a good apartment for a week's stay! Two little recommendations: coffee pot is not good, needs a better quality model. Rearranging sofa so it rests against the window/radiator will make more space in open concept living room/dining area."

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing week staying at the "Christie" in Kensington. The apartment is perfectly appointed and situated in the best neighborhood in London. There are boutiques, fantastic restaurants, a Whole Foods Market, pubs, two tube stations, and a majestic church all within very close walking distance. The apartment is very quiet, and it is nice to stroll through the neighborhood admiring the upscale flats, cottages, and gardens - even taking the opportunity to pass a majestic church on the way to the High Street Kensington station. The staff at London Perfect are available to assist with questions and recommendations, and we found their regular posts/articles on Facebook to be a great resource for planning various aspects of our itinerary - such as best rooftop bars, various walking tours, and most interesting pubs. In particular, we enjoyed eating at Dishoom (Indian) and hanging out at Elephant and Castle (Pub) while near the apartment. It is hard to imagine a better accommodation than the Christie, and we are eager to stay again in the near future.

"We enjoyed our stay at the Salisbury. It was nicely decorated, conveniently located near a tube station in a perfect location, featured several added touches like welcome treats and helpful info about the surrounding neighborhood. The London Perfect staff was super responsive. Minor repairs are needed in the bathroom, and the patio furniture needs to be replaced. That said, we'd stay at the Salisbury again and again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Middleton. It suited our needs perfectly. This was a special trip for our family and Paris Perfect staff were there to answer all our questions and make things run smoothly. We also needed some help with the shower and getting into the house one day and they came immediately and were very helpful. The house matched the pictures and was lovely and well appointed. We had everything we needed. It was in a lovely part of Kensington and close to so many of our favorite things. London was very hot while we were there but there was a portable air conditioning unit in every bedroom and in the living area which helped a lot. I would happily recommend the Middleton in the future."
