"The apartment is a nice size, especially the master bedroom/bathroom. Had a nice breeze at night. The neighborhood is safe and had lots of nice restaurants, bakeries and a good grocery and the post office was just around the corner. Would have preferred an American type coffee maker (drip style or Keurig). Thanks for your hospitality and helping us get a front door pick up for a cab. Our two teenage granddaughters had a blast!"

"Kensington Court is a fabulous property, a beautiful brand new apartment with wonderful amenities, exactly as depicted in the photos. The kitchen and living areas are gorgeous, the three bedrooms make it very easy for a family to stretch out, and the garden is enchanting. The apartment is set on a quiet courtyard, but just a minute's walk to a wonderful neighborhood with every kind of store and restaurant imaginable, and convenient to all transportation. We loved our time there!"

Apt was nice. Plenty of room. The driver that picked us up and took us back to airport was great and on time. The website was easy to navigate to book tours. All the tours went well and no issues, was a perfect vacation. Really liked the lunch cruise on the Thames and London Tower visit!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Gloucester. The flat is comfortable and roomy, with a warm "lived-in" feel to it. The location is terrific - close to the tube, buses, a good array of restaurants and convenient shopping. We've been back three times!"

"We really enjoyed the Austen apartment during our time in London. We decided to stay for 9 nights are we were grateful to have a comfortable place to stay. The location was perfect for our family. We were close to parks, the Tube and Whole Foods. My kids really enjoyed walking to Portabello Market. The Tube station has 2 lines that make it easy to maneuver around. The flat is on the 3rd floor but worth the walk up. The nicely decorated living space allowed us to spread out and entertain friends while we stayed. There is a beautiful garden area you can enjoy (access is around the corner). I would recommend this apartment to families visiting London. We felt like we got the true Londoner experience. The welcome guide, Will, was very helpful and made great suggestions on travelling around the city."

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Christie for a few days. I was by myself, and a bit nervous to be in a big city that I did not know well. I was thrilled with Christie's central location, lots of tube and bus connections nearby plus I could walk in Kensington Gardens every morning. I was a bit hesitant to stay in an apartment and not a hotel as I love to have early morning coffee in the breakfast room at my hotel, needless to say I was thrilled that my lovely greeter Ellen had stocked the apartment with everything I could need. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The only thing I would mention to other guests is that there are steps leading into the building and the step in and out of the tub was pretty high. Not a problem for me, but could be for some. Christie will definitely be my home away from home next time I am in London.

"The Austen in Kensington was a great place to stay. Located midway between Notting Hill and High Street Kensington tube stops, it was elegantly furnished, and had everything we needed. London Perfect staff were very responsive, and we'd highly recommend the flat and the agency."

"Very much enjoyed our stay at the Walton. Location was upscale, very convenient to the tube, shopping and museums. The street was safe and quiet. Flat was filled with lovey art and had all the needs for cooking. Our greeter was friendly and helpful. Some minor repairs are recommended including peeling paint on the ceilings, light bulb replacements, broken tiles and delaminating kitchen cabinets."

"The flat was lovely.....nicely decorated, comfortable, convenient location to shops and tube. Street was quiet. London Perfect responded immediately to fix a minor problem with the cooktop. Highly recommend them."

"This is our third time using London/Paris Perfect and we would definitely continue to use when possible. Walton was a nice unit with plenty of space over four floors. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble walking stairs but otherwise great. Everything inside the apartment was nice, clean and abundant. We enjoyed with mid-location between S. Kensington and Knightsbridge tube stops but others might find the 10-12 minute walk to each inconvenient. The only maintenance item you may want to look into is it is difficult to get the get out of the lock after opening the front door. London Perfect was staff was as always polite, responsive and helpful. The only mishap we had was there was still a link to the concierge service you previously offered. I used it to get football tickets and never heard back until we learned from one of the staff that it was no longer a service you offered. I believe you were trying to get all links to that service removed."

"Great apartment for the price. Very clean, great linens, everything you need is provided. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Very conveniently located, near restaurants and shops. Shower never got super hot. Can be a bit loud outside due to the pub."

"Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed staying at the Middleton. The location is unbeatable, with 3 grocery stores and a Tube stop within 5 minutes' walk, along with a number of great restaurants, pubs and attractions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was well-appointed, clean, well-stocked and we had a great experience with management being responsive to any concerns we had. We also appreciated the ease of arranging transportation with Lushi Taxis. I would give the stay 5 stars and absolutely will return. We travel to London almost every year and have been looking for a place to become regulars and I think at last, we have found it."

The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping as well as walking to interesting places. "We thought this house was perfectly situated - next-door to a pub, set in a beautiful neighborhood and a direct metro ride to Westminster and the City of London. It was also perfect for our family of 5."

"The location was perfect and the living areas were nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom was quite big and worked well for us. However the bed was very soft, the sheets did not fit properly and were a polyester/cotton mix so not what we expected at all!"

"This is a charming comfortable apartment that is very well located off Kensington Church Street between the Notting Hill and Kensington High Street tube stops. There are shops and restaurants all around. The only thing to be aware of is that it is on the third floor (US) and there are many steps to walk up. I recommend it."
