Excellent! Wonderful experience. Was honoured to be the first rental however I had forgotten to leave comments on its guest book. OMG. The property was beautifully decorated and amenities were more than excellent. Location was a stone throw away from local shops, cafes, supermarkets and a stroll away to Hyde Park. Noise was an absolute minimum. Very very cosy. Will definitely look out for this unit again in future.

This was our first time using Perfect Rentals and it exceeded expectations. We had the most wonderful stay at the Austen property! As a family of 5, there was enough space for us all to sleep comfortably and enjoy the living spaces during the day. The flat is well appointed and has everything you would need to truly feel like you live in London. The garden out back is also a great bonus, especially with kids. It is centrally located to shops, restaurants, transportation, and a few minutes to Hyde Park. We will absolutely use London Perfect for our next visit!

What a marvelous experience! The office was so helpful and responsive, from booking to arrival. This property if perfectly located, walkable to everything. It was spacious and very well appointed, they thought of everything we'd possibly need during our stay. Wonderful vacation, thank you!

This is our second time at this home. Location is wonderful. Flat is large. The flat had a lot of small items that needed fixing and honestly just didn't seem maintained. We also found that with College and High school children the bathrooms weren’t sufficient as only one real shower in the home. London Perfect was wonderful and helped us with some of the issues we encountered upon arriving. We look forward to visiting other London Properties in the future.

We loved our stay at Kensington Court. The flat was beautifully decorated, and the location was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, but we still had great access to restaurants, shopping and transportation. Service was prompt. When we asked for more glasses and a few kitchen implements, they appeared the next morning! The driver they set us up with, Luishi, was terrific. A great stay…can’t wait to try Paris Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Middleton and hope to stay again at this or another London Perfect property. The location is excellent and the flat is well appointed and spacious. We appreciated the booklet of suggestions of restaurants and shops that was provided as well. The management is very well organized and responsive.

Charming apartment in a great location for exploring London on foot and by Tube. Delicious food store just down the block and good coffee and restaurants. Staff was great and easy to book with.

We visited, recently, with 2 friends from the US. We immediately fell in love with the neighborhood and location. Walkable to tube stops and bus runs, museums and gardens. A charming pub next door, and good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Couldn’t have asked for more for my first visit to London. The location of our apartment was incredible; close to great food, transportation, and waking distance to many attractions. The London Perfect team was top tier and was of great assistance to us when we ran into some issues after our stay. Truly an unforgettable experience; already looking forward to the next one!

We come to London frequently and have rented many flats through the years. The Austen is definitely among our favorites! The flat itself is comfortable and casually elegant, with lovely interior design and a huge south facing series of windows in the sitting room/dining room that floods the place with light. The flat was very well stocked with everything we needed. There are several flights of stairs but the stair rise is low so they are easy to ascend and descent (one of us has a tricky knee and had no problems). The location is superb - our favorite in London - easy access to several wonderful London parks, two underground stations with many route options, as well as many bus stop just a minute walk away. Lots of great shops and restaurants in the area including Sally Clarke just a few minutes' walk - excellent artisan bakery and food shop with high quality pre -made foods. M&S food hall (our favorite grocery store in the area) and Whole Foods are a few minutes' walk. Also don’t miss Candella, our favorite casual place for afternoon tea (it’s a tiny place just around the corner, recommend booking as there are only a few tables), and Dishoom, an amazing casual Indian restaurant that is just off Kensington High Street. We highly recommend the Austen and will definitely stay there again during future visits!

The apartment was perfect for our holiday for our family of three. Sunny, bright, clean and very comfortable. All the conveniences are close by to make a meal at the apartment or go out for a coffee or restaurant. The location made for terrific stay. The apartment is adjacent to a church yard so its quiet and its hard to believe we were in the heart of Kensington. The staff were helpful and all the essentials provided. Would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return sometime soon.

One bedroom apartment was on main floor with several stairs outside of building but all easy for luggage and daily activities. Very quiet and charming side alley street with several coffee shops and other convenience stores and restaurants close. Tube was around the corner allowing access to anyplace in London quickly and economically. Not near busy tourist area so it was nice to arrive back at apartment even though we mostly trained or taxied to museums, bars, theatres and restaurants. I would stay here again and enjoyed the respite from active London in a very upscale neighborhood at a fraction of the cost of a high end hotel which would not provide ability for kitchen, clothes washing and living area space. We have also stayed in Paris Perfect apt on the Isle de Cite at Place Dauphine. Both places have been perfect.

Our family of 6 visited London for a week. Great stay in this apartment. Unit is tucked away on a quaint street just off High Street Kensington. Apartment is clean, well-organized and very nicely furnished. Whole Foods, Starbucks and the Marks and Spence Food Hall are a short walk away. Getting around in London was easy in that the Tube and Busses are very close.

The Kensington Court flat is by far my favorite stay in London. The property is better than the photos, it's gorgeous! And has all amenities one could ask for. The beds, linens and towels are all high quality. The kitchen is well equipped if you decided to cook. And all the baths are beautiful, incredibly clean with great water pressure. But it really is the location that makes it stand out. Just a 2 min walk to Kensington gardens and palace. A beautiful way to start every morning walking through the area. Minutes from cafes, shops and a Whole Foods Market. That all said, the staff at London Perfect is fantastic to work with. The communication was hands down the best I've had. From my initial enquiry to throughout my stay, they checked in and followed up. The internet was disrupted during my stay and the greeter was fast to fix it. Also, you must use the recommended taxi service for transportation. Such a wonderful human, very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

Amazing place with full amenities as described. Location is great as well and a short walk to the tube. There’s lots of stores and restaurants around the corner and we felt really safe staying here. Recommend if you are here with friends and family as the place was really cozy!

My family and I, (six people) spent one week here in early December. We could of stayed here forever. Your flat was exactly the way it was described in the photos. Impeccably clean throughout. The beds were the most comfortable that I've ever slept in. Well stocked with linen, paper products, dishes and utensils. Plenty of room for my family. Our greeter, Baker, was prompt, personable, and professional. Very attentive to our needs. Tucked away on a quiet street, yet in close proximity to the main thoroughfare in Kensington (High Street). Restaurants, stores, and cafes were all within a stone's throw. Access to the underground (High Street Kensington Station) was a five minute walk, as well as to taxis, and bus service. Central London via the District and Circle lines were quick and easy. We lacked for nothing. Lushi's taxi service to and from Heathrow airport was perfect, would highly recommend. Our experience was definitely a five star rating or a 10/10. We'll be staying here again. Thanks from all of us!

We had a wonderful week at The Gloucester. The lovely townhome was large enough for our family of 5 and had every amenity. The location was perfect- close to the tube station and walking distance to museums and shopping.
