The Walton was just lovely for our family of 3. Quiet, well-equipped, updated and luxurious, beautiful art and nice beds. The London Perfect contact was super helpful and checked-in to be sure we were happy.

My wife and I rented the Shelbourne apartment for 6 days in May, this was our third rental we have used with London Perfect and have been happy with each apartment. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and functioned well. The bath was very nice and we used the washer/dryer with good success. The outdoor space was great and we only had one day with some construction noise. The TV is set up to use your apps like Amazon, Netflix, etc. and worked well with the wifi.. Oen thing to note is you will have to take your luggage up 9 steps to reach the elevator and down 6-7 steps to reach the apartment. Great stay and a great apartment for 2 people. Definitely would rent again.

The flat was lovely! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows making it bright and cheery. Well decorated with a large master bedroom and bath. Other bedrooms were comfortable as well. We loved having the washer and dryer as we were there for several days. The only small tweak we would make would be to have face cloths in the towel sets (yes, a rarity in the UK but always provided at fine hotels).

Absolutely perfect spot for our family of 7! The host was so helpful and accommodating. They even recommended an excellent car service who we loved. We used them for transportation to and from the airport and also for a trip to Windsor Castle. The neighborhood is as good as it gets. Extremely safe, gorgeous, and walkable - with fantastic cafes, restaurants, and corner stores. Very easy access to the Gloucester Tube station and walkable to many sites. The pub down the mew was lovely and vibrant. Noise was a non-issue. Guillam Coffee House was a gem - as was Da Mario. A+++++ stay— would recommend wholeheartedly.

My husband, 20 yr old daughter and I spent 5 nights at Bronte on our recent first time trip to London. The flat was exactly as pictured in a nice, residential area convenient to the tube, grocery, restaurants, etc. We utilized Lushilimos for airport transfer which worked out perfectly for our first time there. The flat has tons of great natural light and having the greenspace/park at the back was just what the doctor ordered after a day of sightseeing with crowds and noise all around you. As others have mentioned the flat was quiet, beds were very comfortable and the place stocked with top of the line accessories, appliances, etc. The only thing we missed was a hair dryer but we were able to pick one up around the corner early one morning. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed in the office/bedroom and said it was very comfortable. The space worked well for the three of us. One note, the master bed is somewhat low to the ground, no boxspring but as I mentioned still very comfy. The sofa in the living room also sits low but is comfy as well. The flat was very clean. We would definitely stay with London Perfect again.

Christie is a great apartment with a well-arranged use of space and with everything you need in order to feel right at home in the wonderful city of London. A surplus is it's location in a great neighborhood where you'll find fun shops, cafes and historical sights worth exploring. Our stay went flying by too quickly! Thank-you Perfect London!

Wonderful apartment. Bright, beautiful and tidy in a great location accesible to public transport, many shops and beautiful Kensington Park. Our family of five felt right at home at Austen and will definitely want to come back when visiting London. We enjoyed our stay very much. Time flew by! Thank-you to the London Perfect Team!

Gorgeous house, perfectly located for the first time we brought our kids over to London. The accomodation was exactly as advertised & as shown in the photos. There were little extra touches everywhere that ensured we had everything we could have wanted. The hosts were very helpful, efficient & responsive. Their suggested transfer service from Heathrow made our arrival even easier. Would highly recommend!

Very spacious flat. Perfect for our multi generational visit to London. Fully outfitted kitchen, lots of games to entertain all. The half bath had a flushing lever that was out of the wall, so that toilet was unusable. The bath/shower combo in two of the bathrooms have no shower curtains, so lots of spilled water when showering. Excellent location in Kensington. Minutes from Gloucester Road Underground station. Also close to Waitrose, Oddbins, and Whole Foods.

I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful and well-equipped Belgravia flat with my two teenage sons. We started each day walking to a neighborhood breakfast spot and then to nearby Victoria Station. After a full day of sightseeing, we each had our own comfortable space and privacy to recharge. Having lived in London for over 20 years and now gone, there are few things I appreciate more than going back once in a while in the best environment possible. I have used Bronte 3 times over the recent months and have been more than satisfied. The location of the flat is perfect, both in Chelsea and close by the Underground, which leaves all of London within reach. The condition of the flat is impeccable and it is clear the owner used to take great care of her own place, as I was told by the agent she used to live there. The rooms are bright and airy, and waking up in a garden with trees, birds and open spaces just outside the bedroom might make you think you are not in a large city. It puts one's mind at rest. The place is also very quiet. The interior decoration and all the fittings including in the kitchen make it a very comfortable place to live, as the very good M&S 3 minutes away will provide all one needs to cater for oneself. And if you are i London also to do some work, the office provided has a view that invites the mind to focus. Finally, if you are used to see Ikea stickers on all the stuff in an AirBnB, you won't find any here! Furniture and kitchen are what one wants in one's own home! I should add that the place is very clean when I arrive there the service provided by the agent is perfect!

We loved our stay here! My family came with my two teenage sons. We were out and about each day, mostly traveling by subway, to see various sites around London. We ended our days at the apartment, often eating at one of the nearby restaurants or pubs. This worked out perfectly for us and I would recommend it highly!
